What To Expect

01

Listen Safely

We understand each person's concerns and immediate needs.

02

Identify Priorities

We agree what needs attention first and who should be involved.

03

Work Together

We agree practical guidance, signposting or support routes.

04

We adapt support as family circumstances change.

What We Cannot Do

We are not an emergency service and cannot replace statutory, clinical, legal or regulated advice. Where specialist or emergency support is needed, we help identify appropriate routes.

What To Prepare

Bring only what you feel comfortable sharing at first contact. Useful basics may include your preferred contact method, the service area you are interested in and a short summary of what is happening.

After You Contact Us

We review first-contact requests as soon as possible, but this service is not monitored 24/7.

Your privacy matters
